Biden to attend Ground Zero 9/11 memorial ceremony for 25th anniversary

Former President Joe Biden will be at the Ground Zero site in New York City for the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, The Hill's sister network NewsNation confirmed Wednesday.
