Big Boy No. 4014 arriving in Mifflin County Wednesday

LEWISTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) - It's Mifflin County's turn to welcome Union Pacific's Big Boy No. 4014 locomotive on its nationwide whistle-stop tour.
