Bill creating harsher punishments for those who leave hit-and-run crashes in Tennessee advances 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Middle Tennessee mother has been advocating to create harsher punishments for those who leave the scene of a hit-and-run crash that injures or kills someone.
