Black Hills firefighters criticize illegal campfire

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - The Johnson Siding Volunteer Fire Department (JSFD) spent the early hours of Sunday putting out an illegal campfire at an abandoned campsite at Falling Rock.
