Blizzard in northeastern KELOLAND; New snow chances Thursday

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Strong winds and heavy snow are bringing blizzard conditions to parts of northern and northeastern KELOLAND. The blizzard includes Aberdeen, Mobridge, and Redfield.
