BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) – The team may be playing in Miami, but the fans are expected to be out in force in Bloomington.

The Bloomington city government says the police presence will be heightened downtown and in select spots throughout the city before, during, and after the Indiana Hoosiers face the Miami Hurricanes in the College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday night.
