Body found in Spanish Lake front yard

SPANISH LAKE, Mo. -- A man was found dead in a Spanish Lake front yard Saturday. Police were seen on Larimore Road, near Larimore School. St. Louis County Police tell FOX 2 that they believe this was likely an overdose. No other information has been released.
