Boy Scout Troop members make Las Vegas history with prestigious rank

It’s a milestone that’s years in the making — one rarely seen anywhere in the country. Boy Scout Troop 407 made history after 11 members earned the prestigious Eagle Scout rank at the same time, a first for Las Vegas and only the second time in the country.
