Brittany Furlan and Ronnie Radke’s Legal Battle Explained: Restraining Orders & Claims

Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, has taken legal action against Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke following months of messy, headline-making allegations involving an alleged online relationship, catfishing claims and dueling restraining orders.

According to court documents filed Monday, January 12, Furlan, 39, accused Radke, 42, of being “unhinged and obsessed” with her after details of their alleged private communications became public. Page Six reported that Furlan claimed she and Radke began messaging on Snapchat in April 2025, allegedly exchanging explicit photos and videos.
