Brothers charged for two separate shots-fired incidents

A Highland man and his brother were arrested Monday for allegedly being involved in two different shootings in Kingston and Poughkeepsie. According to police, Kenneth Vann, 22, and Daevon Vann, 20, face multiple charges.
