Burst pipe cuts water to St. Louis senior living facility

Council Towers Apartments in Midtown St. Louis has been without running water for approximately 48 hours. A burst pipe flooded the building's mechanical room, leading to the water service shutdown in the high-rise primarily housing senior citizens.
