Business leaders back Hochul's car insurance reforms

A coalition of business leaders from New York's farming, retail, and transportation sectors rallied at the State Capitol to support Governor Kathy Hochul's proposals to lower car insurance premiums, which include cracking down on staged accidents and limiting payouts for pain and suffering.
