Cache County man charged after allegedly sexually assaulting daughter who he previously left in orphanage

A Cache County man has been charged with ten felonies after he allegedly sexually assaulted his daughter. Several years prior to the alleged assault, he had left his daughter in an orphanage in Mexico.
