Capital Region spa operator pleads guilty to money laundering

A man who admitted to operating several Capital Region spas that provided sex services to customers has pleaded guilty to money laundering. 41-year-old Ming Xia, of Flushing, pled guilty on March 3 to conspiracy to commit money laundering involving the proceeds of a prostitution enterprise.
