INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Investigators have not determined the cause of a large fire at the Marion VA Medical Center campus in Grant County.

Crews from the Marion Fire Department responded around 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 to a fire at 1700 E. 38th Street. When firefighters arrived, they found Building 53 “fully engulfed, with flames and smoke showing from all windows and doors,” the fire department said Tuesday on Facebook.
