Changes to come for Daniel K. Inouye Highway

Mayor Kimo Alameda has requested the state to implement changes to the Daniel K. Inouye Highway, such as solar-powered radar signs and lane expansion, to reduce the number of traffic tragedies, with construction expected to begin in 2031 if funding is secured.
