Chula Vista’s Bayside Park to receive facelift with nautical-themed playground, splash pad

The Port of San Diego and the City of Chula Vista broke ground on the Harbor Park Improvements Project, which will add new amenities and double the size of the park to 25 acres, with a budget of $15 million and a completion date of 2025.
