City of San Diego secures $4M for storm infrastructure improvements

Congressmen Scott Peters and Juan Vargas secured $4.36 million in federal funding for four separate stormwater infrastructure projects in San Diego, which will improve drainage capabilities, restore natural habitats, and reduce flood risks.
