Clouds return Tuesday as temperatures reach into the upper 70s

It's been quite the damp stretch this Memorial Day weekend, hasn't it? While it hasn't rained the WHOLE time, it hasn't been too pleasant either. Since Thursday, HIA has picked up 1.85" of rain—a big drought helper for sure, but bad timing for the unofficial start of summer. And guess what? This Memorial Day is starting with more rain in the form of some steady light showers. This round should be the last gasp of this wet stretch for Central PA.
