TONIGHT

Partly cloudy and sharply colder, with lows in the low teens downtown. West wind around 10 mph keeps wind chills in the single digits for evening plans, so exposed skin gets uncomfortable fast.

TOMORROW

A bright start gives way to increasing clouds, and a few light snow showers could brush the city late day. Highs stay in the mid 20s. West southwest wind around 10 mph with gusts near 20 mph, so even without much snow, it feels more like the teens most of the afternoon.

TOMORROW NIGHT

Clouds thin late and temperatures tumble to around 10. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph with gusts near 25 mph drives wind chills to around zero in Indianapolis and colder north of town, so this is the first truly bitey night for anyone working outside or waiting on a ride.
