Coldest air of the year arrives, Cold Weather Advisory issued

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) -- The National Weather Service (NWS) out of State College and Pittsburgh have issued a Cold Weather Advisory for parts of Central Pennsylvania.
