Company CEO responds to carbon monoxide poisoning that left three clients dead, says driver's actions "not normal"

The Chief Executive Officer of the company whose driver left three disabled adults in an idling van in West Valley Friday, leading to fatal carbon monoxide poisonings, told ABC4 News that the driver's actions that day were "not normal."
