Congressman French Hill hosts HBCU summit as campus infrastructure takes center stage

One day after administrators from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff posted about student concerns with conditions on campus, school infrastructure was a top priority as Congressman French Hill hosted a summit focused on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
