Conway officials say waste treatment facility is in compliance despite odor reports

The Tucker Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Conway, Arkansas meets all regulations of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, despite odor complaints, and will eventually be decommissioned and converted to a storage-only site.
