Coroner identifies 83-year-old man struck by vehicle on Panorama Dr

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified an 83-year-old man who died after getting hit by a vehicle while walking on Panorama Drive.
