County official orders flags to be lowered to half-mast to honor lives lost in Minnesota

San Diego County Board of Supervisors Chair Terra Lawson-Remer has ordered the region's flags to be lowered at half-mast this week in mourning of two fatal shootings involving federal agents in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
