County Supervisor Joel Anderson on USA's 250th celebration

District 2 County Supervisor Joel Anderson joined "Good Morning San Diego" on Monday to discuss how San Diego is gearing up to celebrate the USA's 250th birthday. Supervisor Anderson plans to send a Board Action Letter to the Country Supervisors this week to get the ball rolling for the July 4th celebration.
