Cowboy Star opening new Banker's Hill sister restaurant this summer

The team behind Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop is opening a new restaurant, She Rode West, in Banker's Hill, which will be a lighter, more feminine-chic counterpart to the rugged steakhouse.
