Crash cleared on Dauphin County highway

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A multi-vehicle crash blocked lanes on Interstate 83 in Dauphin County on Thursday morning. According to 511PA, crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash on I-83 southbound near exit 44B to 17th Street at 6:23 a.m. The crash was cleared.
