CSPD: Stolen Kia Soul used to steal 2 motorcycles

Officers responded to a burglary in progress on Palmer Park Boulevard, near North Union Boulevard, in which a stolen Kia Soul was used to break into a business and steal two motorcycles, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
