INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC) voted to loosen proposed regulations on data centers before sending the issue to the City-County Council. 

The MDC voted 5-3 to advance a proposed zoning ordinance that would establish minimum standards for future data center developments in Indianapolis.
