DEC announces grant awards to Catskill region projects

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation announced it will award $677,294 to Catskill region projects in the form of Smart Growth grants. The funding will help improve and expand recreation opportunities, address affordable housing needs, improve accessibility and safety issues and support comprehensive planning efforts.
