Delmar assisted living facility shutdown for safety issues

An assisted living facility in Delmar was ordered by the Town of Bethlehem to close its building and vacate Thursday evening. The emergency order was issued to the privately owned Albany Center for Independent Living as a result of several building safety concerns.
