BUTLER, Pa. — Democrat Brandon Dukes has won a razor-thin victory in Pennsylvania’s 12th House District special election, defeating Republican Scott Timko by fewer than 100 votes in a district that former President Donald Trump carried comfortably and that has become nationally known as the site of the 2024 assassination attempt against him.
