Demolition man wins bid to start rebuilding north St. Louis neighborhoods

Bud Sullivan of AWS Construction began tearing down a building at Palm and Blair when neighbors asked for help. He’s paying to do it with a vision of using some of the materials to rebuild homes next door. Now, it looks like his plan is coming together.
