Denver councilmembers rip city's rollout of one-way street conversions in East Colfax

Sections of two previously one-way streets in Denver's East Colfax neighborhood were converted to two-way streets last week, but a city councilwoman says the city didn't effectively communicate the change or update signage, potentially putting residents in danger.
