Department of Human Services calls for unlicensed Antioch daycare to stop operating

Last month, police were called to Centennial Children's Hospital over reports of a 5-month-old boy suffering from scratches, a swollen foot and possible human bite marks on his body. On the same date, a police affidavit also shows a 3-month-old was taken to the hospital with a cranial hematoma, on top of bite marks and scratches.
