Detectives investigate deadly shooting on Virginia Street

On Friday, Jan. 23, Baton Rouge Police Homicide detectives responded to a call and found 32-year-old Lathan Wheeler dead inside a home from an apparent gunshot wound, with the motive and suspect still unknown.
