Developer of massive Stockton solar farm lays out plans for 4,500 acre property

Forty-five hundred acres of land just off Interstate 65 in North Baldwin County, full of wetlands and wildlife, is now on target to be the site of the newest solar operation developed by Silicon Ranch.
