DHHS issues emergency actions against Utah behavioral school attended by Paris Hilton

Provo Canyon School, a teen behavioral center previously attended and criticized by Paris Hilton, has had emergency conditions placed on their license after allegedly delaying medical treatment for an unconscious client.
