Dine-and-dashers threatened with gun, choked by employees of Fraser restaurant

Two employees of a restaurant were arrested, and two people who allegedly skipped out on a $100 bill at a Fraser restaurant were cited after the four were involved in an incident on Sunday, according to the Fraser Winter Park Police Department.
