DOJ confirms in court filing 'anti-weaponization' fund 'will not' continue

Two DOJ attorneys wrote in a filing in the Eastern District of Virginia that the compensation fund “had not been set up and is now not going forward,” rendering the lawsuit “moot and premature.”
