DOJ settlement proposes $1.5 million fine for Ashdown pulp mill after DEA, ADEQ investigation for air pollution

The Justice Department has proposed a settlement requiring Domtar A.W. LLC to pay a $1.5 million civil penalty and invest at least $2.6 million in environmental improvements following allegations of Clean Air Act violations at its Ashdown pulp mill.
