DPS: Wanted man identified in officer-involved shooting

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Texas Department of Public Safety has identified the suspect involved in Friday's deadly officer-involved shooting. A DPS spokesperson identified the suspect as 43-year-old Andres Arizmendi from La Feria.
