Drier Sunday but the pattern with higher humidity and storms quickly returns

Downpours and thunderstorms moved through the Midstate Friday afternoon and evening. This brought some localized flooding in areas. We received several flooding reports from parts of Lancaster County, radar indicated they saw about 4 inches of rain in a short amount of time. Today will once again bring a chance for afternoon and early evening thunderstorms, although it doesn't appear as widespread. The best timing looks to be between 2 and 6pm.
