Driver accused in deadly 123-mph Las Vegas crash booked at double legal limit, previously convicted of DUI with meth

A Las Vegas driver accused of traveling at more than four times the speed limit when he collided with another car, killing its driver, was detained with a blood-alcohol level nearly double the legal limit and was previously convicted of driving under the influence of methamphetamine, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.
