Police say suspect sped away from stop before later arrest and remand to county jail

Gloucester Township, NJ — A driver who fled a late-night traffic stop in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township now faces criminal charges after officers identified and arrested her days later, police said.

Michelle Papaycik, 38, of Blackwood, was arrested April 13, 2026, and charged with third-degree eluding law enforcement along with multiple motor vehicle violations, according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.
