
Police say suspected medical emergency caused vehicle to leave roadway and strike sign.
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – A driver was hospitalized early Wednesday after a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Farrow Parkway and Meyers Avenue, according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene around 4:53 a.m. on April 8 after receiving reports of a collision involving one vehicle. The Myrtle Beach Police Department said initial findings indicate the driver experienced a medical emergency, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and strike a nearby sign.
