Toms River, NJ – An Ocean County man is being held in the Ocean County Jail after being charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and prohibited “dum-dum” bullets, according to jail records.
Delvin Ray Meadows, 34, was booked into the Ocean County Jail on July 25 and remains in custody pending court proceedings.
According to jail records, Meadows is charged with third-degree unlawful possession of a handgun and fourth-degree possession of prohibited “dum-dum” bullets.
