Early-morning Arkadelphia apartment fire leads to ‘total loss’ of building

A fire at the Valley View apartment complex in Arkadelphia, Arkansas caused the total loss of a 12-unit building, but no injuries were reported and the American Red Cross has set up a temporary shelter for those affected.
